A year of giving!
Freeway Logistics has been working with communities and organizations as part of its outreach program.
During Hurricane Fiona, Freeway Logistics joined ALAN (American Logistics Aid Network) mission. It teamed with Pacific Packaging Products to donate and transport over 500 boxes to Puerto Rico to help the Feeding America Hunger Relief Program.
“Freeway Logistics management team and employees were active in facilitating this partnership through Alan Aid so that vulnerable communities receive support,” said Elsie Siegel, CEO of the company.
Also, this year, Freeway Logistics joined SER de Puerto Rico Telethon and has consistently supported the Boys Scouts of America Pop Corn Fund Raising Program in Houston, Texas, for several years. It also supported Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Maria rescue efforts in the past.
